New from Spring 2010 from Hercules Sailing the RYA one day SRC/VHF (inc. GMDSS) course. Duration: one day 09.30 - 18.00 Course content:
Pre-requisites: None Age for Certificate: 16 (under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult) Cost: £110 (inc. RYA course book, phonetic alphabet aid, practical sessions and licence fee) This one day course teaches students how to operate a marine VHF set competently, correctly and with confidence. The highly valued RYA/MCA certificate is a requirement by law for anyone who owns or uses a marine radio. Please note we are also able to accommodate 'exam only- students - contact us for further details.

The RYA Coastal Skipper Practical Sailing Course is not for the novice and features advanced skippering techniques for yachtsmen and women with considerable knowledge of sailing and navigation. |
