Hercules Sailing Cruise to Seville, Spain

A chance to travel with Hercules Sailing to the Southern Spanish Coast – the Costa De La Luz – from Gibraltar to the fascinating and historic city of Seville. Stops along the way include Barbate, Rota, Cadiz and Bonanza.

We plan this passage twice a year in May and September taking advantage of the favourable temperatures expected in these months. The trip involves a sail or motor up the River Guadalquivir which is the second longest in Spain. Its natural environment is one of the richest and most varied area of plant and animal life in Europe.

You will get the chance to practise your anchoring techniques and calculate your arrival time for the lock and bridge opening – ideal experience for budding navigators. This can be a cruise or an RYA course with a difference, mile building or just a holiday.

The Friday and Saturday in the middle weekend is spent in the Yacht Club which boasts 3 swimming pools as well as bars and restaurants and of course you will have ample time to sample all the town has to offer.

We include in this package all breakfasts, lunches, snacks and 3 evening meals per week as well as the mooring fees and fuel etc. Fresh bedding for the second week will be on board.
